Time beyond the included hours is quoted and approved before it starts, at A$95/hour. Hours do not roll over — the plan pays for a platform that stays healthy and for someone who already knows it, not only for the hours used. Month to month, one month’s notice, no long contract.
One-off projects — a new course platform, a migration off a hosted tool, or an AI tutor built on your content — are quoted separately, typically A$1500 to A$3000.

2. You get a written plan in two business days
What I would fix first, what it costs, which plan fits — and what I would leave alone, because a partner who wants to rebuild everything on day one is not being straight with you.
3. First month: stop the bleeding
I take over hosting or get access to what exists, fix what is actively losing you students or money, and send a written report at the end of it.
4. Then it becomes a rhythm
You send work in writing whenever it comes up. I do it, flag anything that needs a decision, and report monthly. You stop thinking about the platform.
Prefer to talk it through? Twenty minutes, any time, optional. It is never a requirement.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to move my hosting to you?
No. I can work on your existing host. Uptime and speed are easier to guarantee when I manage the server, so most people move eventually, but it is not a condition of working together.
Is this unlimited support?
No, deliberately. Each plan includes a fixed number of hours. Anything beyond that is quoted and approved before it starts, at A$95/hour. That is what keeps the price honest and the response fast — “unlimited” retainers quietly become slow ones.
What if I only need one thing fixed?
Then a retainer is the wrong shape and I will say so. Send the problem and you get a one-off quote instead.
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress with LearnDash, LifterLMS, MemberPress or Tutor LMS; ThriveCart, Stripe and WooCommerce for payments; n8n for automation. If you are on Kajabi, Teachable or Circle, the work is the integrations and automation around them rather than the platform itself.
Can you build an AI tutor on my own content?
Yes — that is the Build + AI plan, or a one-off from A$1500. It answers from your lessons, transcripts and notes, so students get your teaching rather than a general chatbot’s guess.
How fast do you respond?
A written reply within one business day. Anything that has taken the site or the checkout down jumps the queue, whichever plan you are on.
Where are you based, and does it matter?
Melbourne, Australia. The work is async and in writing, so the timezone rarely matters — you tend to wake up to progress.
Can I cancel?
Month to month, one month’s notice. Your site, your accounts, your data — handed over clean if you leave.
