The subscription has a minimum duration of 12 months. After that, it automatically switches to a month-to-month plan with no set end date. You can cancel your subscription anytime after the initial period, but please note: if you cancel, you won’t be able to retain your website. Allowing clients to keep their websites without ongoing support could lead our business to sustainability issues.

You’re welcome to return at any time, but you’ll need to sign a new 12-month contract.

If you choose to cancel within the first 12 months, the contract requires you to pay the full cost of the website creation ($3,800) minus the amount you’ve already paid. We aim to build long-term relationships with our clients and expect the same commitment in return.

Our website is set up for automatic billing through Stripe, with each payment allowing a 7-day grace period, so you don’t need to worry about overdue payments. However, if a client misses payments for multiple consecutive months, fails to update their payment details when a card expires, or doesn’t respond to our messages and calls, then the contract terms apply. In such cases, the client is responsible for paying the full amount for the website’s development, minus any payments already made. We need to take these steps to protect ourselves and our business to make sure that our work is paid for, and not just someone taking advantage of the unique offer we provide.

We accept all bank cards issued in Australia. All payments on our website are processed through Stripe’s secure system—an automated payment solution trusted by businesses large and small worldwide. We do not store your payment information, all the data securely saved by Stripe. It’s essential to keep your card details updated in your account on our website to ensure there are no interruptions due to an expired card or other reasons.

Adding a new page comes with a one-time payment of $150—no monthly fees required! So, if you’d like to add three pages, for example, with detailed descriptions of each of your services, it would cost just $450 in total. Sounds like a good deal, doesn’t it?

When you sign a contract for your website development—whether it’s through a subscription or a full payment—you can rest assured that we are committed to protecting your interests. If we haven’t fully met your expectations and you didn’t want to continue collaborating, we’ll refund any payments you’ve made up to that point. However, once we’ve developed and delivered your website, please understand that each completed task represents work that deserves compensation. We engage designers, copywriters, and other specialized professionals to make your site exceptional, which incurs financial and time commitments even before your first payment is made.

Therefore, once we’ve advanced in the development of your website, refunds are not issued as per contract terms. Any additional refund considerations are at our discretion, based on the specific circumstances.

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis with no end date. Typically, it takes around three years to recoup the work and effort we put into developing your website. We aim for clients to stay with us for at least five years, ensuring that the results your website brings are worth the investment. By then, your website should be generating much more than $199 per month, effectively paying for itself. We believe clients will see the ongoing value of our work and continue their subscription, allowing us to keep doing what we do.

No, we don’t offer a buyout price to end the monthly subscription. We generally need around three years, including hosting costs, to recover the value we would’ve earned from a one-time website project. This subscription model makes financial sense only if clients stay with us for at least five years, making it viable to wait for payment over time. If we accepted a buyout after a shorter period, it wouldn’t be sustainable for our business.

The predictable monthly income allows us to avoid constant sales pressure, meaning we can spend more time enhancing client websites, providing support, and answering questions. This stable revenue stream also allows us to be closer to our clients and offer better service than a traditional agency could. If clients were regularly buying out their subscriptions, we’d have to continually replace that income, which would disrupt our model and impact the quality of our service.

The short answer is definetly yes! We offer an optional $50 per month subscription for unlimited edits and support, which requires a 12-month minimum commitment. This add-on isn’t something you can toggle on and off each month; if you choose to end it and later wish to reactivate, a new 12-month commitment will be required.

The key difference lies in short-term versus long-term costs. With a subscription, you’ll pay more in total over time, but it’s broken down into manageable, affordable monthly payments. A one-time payment, on the other hand, covers the entire cost upfront, letting you save in the long run since both design and development are paid for right from the start. So, when choosing which option to go with, consider your cash flow and whether short-term or long-term goals are more important. If spreading payments and enjoying ongoing services suits you best, the monthly plan is ideal. But if you prefer to handle everything at once without monthly commitments, then a one-time payment can be more cost-effective in the end.

Yes and no. SEO has two main components: on-page and off-page. On-page SEO involves elements directly on your site, such as content quality, load speed, accessibility, and layout. Off-page SEO covers external factors like link building, guest posts, and citations. Our packages include some on-page SEO essentials, such as fast load times, accessibility features, meta tags, Google Search Console setup, sitemap creation, and some content optimization. However, effective SEO requires an ongoing strategy. For that, we work with our SEO partner, who handles comprehensive SEO services outside our standard website packages. If you’re interested in professional SEO, let us know, and we’ll be glad to discuss it.

No, we don’t. Setting up an e-commerce website requires significantly more work than a standard business website. Due to the higher work costs, we’re unable to provide e-commerce under the $199 monthly subscription plan.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain ownership of your domain as long as it was registered in your name. However, any domains registered through us may need to be transferred to your own registrar account if you wish to keep them after cancellation.

Our SEO rates depend on the project scope and the intensity of the work you need. The minimum package typically starts at $700 per month, with costs increasing based on the level of strategy you want to implement.

Absolutely! Effective SEO delivers real results, especially in competitive markets where visibility is critical. Getting to the first page in search results takes time and effort, often 6-12 months, as it’s a long-term investment rather than a quick fix. Competing with established sites that have extensive content and numerous backlinks requires a strategic, ongoing approach to achieve success.

No, that’s not realistic. Short of being featured by a major publication like Forbs or Bloomberg, instant rankings don’t happen. Some may claim they can get you to #1 in a few months, but it’s essential to remember that if it were that easy, everyone would be at the top. While smaller markets may see results sooner, ranking largely depends on factors like competition and Google’s algorithms. We have real-life case studies showing how long it took for clients to rank well and the results they achieved.

In short, SEO centers around content that answers the questions your potential clients have. This helps establish you as an authority in your field, encourages clients to reach out, and signals to Google that your site is credible. Our expert has extensive experience developing successful content strategies and can help you do the same.

Absolutely. Our SEO specialist, Adam, uses a range of tools to uncover every issue and improvement area on your site. A comprehensive SEO audit is essential to identify any foundational issues that may impact performance, even with good content and links in place. We need to ensure that every part of your website is optimized from the start to maximize SEO efforts.

SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. While some results can start showing within 6-12 months, immediate transformations aren’t typical. Competing with websites that have built years of credibility with Google requires time to earn similar trust. Think of it as gradually building up your online reputation until Google sees you as a top, trusted choice.

We usually complete a website within 2-4 weeks, depending on how quickly clients respond with content and images and the availability of our designers and developers. Sometimes it’s as fast as two weeks; other times, it might take closer to three.

No, the website itself isn’t yours to keep after canceling; otherwise, everyone would cancel, and we’d be out of business! However, you’ll retain ownership of your domain and any assets you’ve provided.

Yes, you own your domain. Even if we helped you purchase it, it’s transferred to you if you cancel the subscription. We don’t hold anything back.

Yes and no. We hand-code everything from scratch, unlike sites built with page builders, to give you a unique, high-performance site that truly stands out. However, if you prefer a website built on WordPress, we can absolutely do that too, ensuring fast load times, a mobile-first structure, and a custom design tailored just for you.

Custom code offers several benefits: it’s more secure, loads faster, and doesn’t rely on plugins, meaning fewer maintenance headaches and no database vulnerabilities. You avoid the constant WordPress updates that, if missed, could leave your site open to attacks. Our custom sites are also highly adaptable and don’t experience security risks or redirects to unwanted sites.
