But if you don’t like reading, just

We offer a Website-as-a-Service model for A$199/month, which includes a fully custom-designed WordPress or hand-coded website, unlimited edit requests (fair use: up to 5 hours of work per month), hosting, plugin management, backups, security monitoring, and performance optimisation.

There is no large upfront payment — you never pay thousands of dollars before seeing a result. Your subscription starts on the day you sign the agreement, whatever date that is, and from then on it is billed on the 1st of each month. We build your website while you are already on the plan, which is exactly why the plan is cheap: we carry the build cost and recover it over the term. If you ever want to own the site outright, you can buy it at any time for a one-time Buyout Fee of A$2800. More details in our pricing page.

We set up automatic billing through Stripe. Payments are taken on the 1st of each month, with a 7-day grace period, so a card that fails on the day is nothing to worry about — it simply retries.

If a payment is still outstanding after that, we get in touch. If it remains unpaid for 2–3 weeks and we can’t reach you — the card was never updated after it expired, or our emails and calls go unanswered — we may temporarily take the website offline until the account is brought up to date. If the account stays unpaid beyond that, the contract terms apply and the client is responsible for the full Buyout Fee covering the website’s development. We need to take these steps to protect ourselves and our business to make sure that our work is paid for, and not just someone taking advantage of the unique offer we provide.

We accept all bank cards issued in Australia. All payments on our website are processed through Stripe’s secure system—an automated payment solution trusted by businesses large and small worldwide. We do not store your payment information, all the data securely saved by Stripe. It’s essential to keep your card details updated to ensure there are no interruptions due to an expired card or other reasons.

Adding a new page comes with a one-time payment of A$100 — no monthly fees required! So, if you’d like to add three pages, for example, with detailed descriptions of each of your services, it would cost A$300 in total. The rate is a flat A$100 per page whether you add one page or ten — we don’t run bulk discounts, so the price is the same for everybody and you always know what a page costs.

When you sign a contract for your website development—whether it’s through a subscription or a full payment—you can rest assured that we are committed to protecting your interests. If we haven’t fully met your expectations and you didn’t want to continue collaborating, we’ll refund any payments you’ve made up to that point. However, once we’ve developed and delivered your website, please understand that each completed task represents work that deserves compensation. We engage designers, copywriters, and other specialized professionals to make your site exceptional, which incurs financial and time commitments from the very first day of the project — long before those costs are recovered through your monthly payments.

Therefore, once we’ve advanced in the development of your website, refunds are not issued as per contract terms. Any additional refund considerations are at our discretion, based on the specific circumstances.

The key difference lies in short-term versus long-term costs. With a subscription, you’ll pay more in total over time, but it’s broken down into manageable, affordable monthly payments. A one-time payment, on the other hand, covers the entire cost upfront, letting you save in the long run since both design and development are paid for right from the start. Keep in mind that ongoing support and edits are not included in the one-time price: they are a separate Unlimited Edits & Support add-on of A$170/month with a 12-month minimum commitment (hosting with us is a further A$30/month if you want it). So, when choosing which option to go with, consider your cash flow and whether short-term or long-term goals are more important. If spreading payments and enjoying ongoing services suits you best, the monthly plan is ideal. But if you prefer to handle everything at once without monthly commitments, then a one-time payment can be more cost-effective in the end.

The subscription has a minimum duration of 12 months. After that, it automatically switches to a month-to-month plan with no set end date. You can cancel your subscription anytime after the initial period, but please note: if you cancel without paying the A$2800 Buyout Fee, the website is taken offline and remains our property. Paying the Buyout Fee at any point makes the site fully yours, with all files and credentials handed over. Allowing clients to keep their websites without ongoing support could lead our business to sustainability issues.

You’re welcome to return at any time, but you’ll need to sign a new 12-month contract.

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis with no end date. Typically, it takes around three years to recoup the work and effort we put into developing your website. We aim for clients to stay with us for at least five years, ensuring that the results your website brings are worth the investment. By then, your website should be generating much more than A$199 per month, effectively paying for itself. We believe clients will see the ongoing value of our work and continue their subscription, allowing us to keep doing what we do.

Yes. You can buy out the website at any time for a one-time payment of A$2800.
This gives you full ownership and we will provide you with all the files, code, credentials so you can move to another hosting or company.

If you decide to end your subscription before completing the initial 12-month agreement, you are still required to pay the full website development value, known as the Buyout Fee.

This is because the website is built upfront at no initial cost to you, based on a long-term commitment. If you cancel early, the full A$2800 Buyout Fee becomes payable to cover the work already delivered. This is a contractual obligation, not an optional purchase — it applies whether or not you want to keep the website.

This policy ensures fairness and protects the investment of time and effort made in the early stages of the project. You’re always welcome to buy out the website and take full ownership — either during or after the contract period.

The short answer is definitely yes! We offer an optional Unlimited Edits & Support add-on at A$170 per month, which requires a 12-month minimum commitment. Send as many change requests as you like — there is no per-change fee and no ticket limit. What we apply is a fair-use allowance of 5 hours of work per month, which comfortably covers normal content updates; if a request is bigger than that (a new page, a redesigned section, an integration) we quote it at A$60/hour and get your approval before starting, so you never get a surprise invoice.

This add-on isn’t something you can toggle on and off each month; if you choose to end it and later wish to reactivate, a new 12-month commitment will be required.

Yes and no. SEO has two main components: on-page and off-page. On-page SEO involves elements directly on your site, such as content quality, load speed, accessibility, and layout. Off-page SEO covers external factors like link building, guest posts, and citations. Our packages include some on-page SEO essentials, such as fast load times, accessibility features, meta tags, Google Search Console setup, sitemap creation, and some content optimization. However, effective SEO requires an ongoing strategy. For that, we work with our SEO partner, who handles comprehensive SEO services outside our standard website packages. If you’re interested in professional SEO, let us know, and we’ll be glad to discuss it.

No, we don’t. Setting up an e-commerce website requires significantly more work than a standard business website. Due to the higher work costs, we’re unable to provide e-commerce under the A$199 monthly subscription plan. Online stores start from A$8k as a custom build, with optional hosting from A$30/month and the same A$170/month Unlimited Edits & Support add-on if you want us to look after it.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain ownership of your domain as long as it was registered in your name. However, any domains registered through us may need to be transferred to your own registrar account if you wish to keep them after cancellation.

Yes! Once you’ve purchased your website (or if you already have a website built elsewhere), you can still subscribe to our Website Support & Hosting Plan.

This includes:

– Reliable hosting on our server with automatic backups
– Up to 5 hours/month of support, updates, and small improvements
– Ongoing plugin and system monitoring

💳 Cost: A$200/month
🕐 Additional time beyond 5 hours is billed at A$60/hour, always quoted and approved before we start

Whether we built your site or not, we’re happy to support and maintain it so you can focus on your business.

Our SEO rates depend on the project scope and the intensity of the work you need. The minimum package typically starts at A$800 per month, with costs increasing based on the level of strategy you want to implement.

Absolutely! Effective SEO delivers real results, especially in competitive markets where visibility is critical. Getting to the first page in search results takes time and effort, often 6-12 months, as it’s a long-term investment rather than a quick fix. Competing with established sites that have extensive content and numerous backlinks requires a strategic, ongoing approach to achieve success.

No, that’s not realistic. Short of being featured by a major publication like Forbes or Bloomberg, instant rankings don’t happen. Some may claim they can get you to #1 in a few months, but it’s essential to remember that if it were that easy, everyone would be at the top. While smaller markets may see results sooner, ranking largely depends on factors like competition and Google’s algorithms. We have real-life case studies showing how long it took for clients to rank well and the results they achieved.

Our SEO expert brings a deep understanding of content and writing to ensure your website content is meaningful and valuable rather than filler. As Google’s algorithms grow more advanced, quality content has become more crucial. Our expert not only focuses on SEO but also personally writes all content, combining SEO expertise with high-quality writing to create content that appeals to search engines and readers alike.

In short, SEO centers around content that answers the questions your potential clients have. This helps establish you as an authority in your field, encourages clients to reach out, and signals to Google that your site is credible. Our expert has extensive experience developing successful content strategies and can help you do the same.

Yes! We use Google Ads alongside our SEO strategy to deliver quick results while SEO builds over time. Our expert has experience managing ad budgets for businesses of all sizes, from small local businesses to Fortune 500 companies investing millions.

Absolutely. Our SEO specialist uses a range of tools to uncover every issue and improvement area on your site. A comprehensive SEO audit is essential to identify any foundational issues that may impact performance, even with good content and links in place. We need to ensure that every part of your website is optimized from the start to maximize SEO efforts.

SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. While some results can start showing within 6-12 months, immediate transformations aren’t typical. Competing with websites that have built years of credibility with Google requires time to earn similar trust. Think of it as gradually building up your online reputation until Google sees you as a top, trusted choice.

A standard 5-page business website goes live in 7 days — provided you send us your content, images and logo at the start and reply to our questions promptly. That is our normal turnaround, not a special case.

If the project is larger or more custom — extra pages, complex functionality, copywriting written from scratch, photography we’re waiting on — the timeline stretches to 2–4 weeks. The single biggest factor is how quickly we receive your material, so the sooner you send it, the sooner you’re live. We’ll give you a realistic date after our first call.

That depends on when and how you cancel. If you cancel after the initial 12-month term, you can choose:

✅ To buy the website by paying a one-time Buyout Fee of A$2800, and you’ll receive full ownership and all files.

🚫 Or to cancel without buying, in which case the website will be taken offline and will remain the property of the Company.

If you cancel before completing the 12-month minimum term, the full Buyout Fee of A$2800 becomes payable regardless of whether you want to keep the website — it is locked in by the contract you signed. This is because the entire site was built upfront with no large payment from you, on the basis of a 12-month commitment. Once it is paid, the website and all its files are yours.

Until the Buyout Fee is paid, the website is not transferable and cannot be used independently.

This model ensures fairness and protects the value of the work already delivered — while still giving you the option to own your website if and when you’re ready.

Yes, you own your domain. Even if we helped you purchase it, it’s transferred to you if you cancel the subscription. We don’t hold anything back.

Yes and no. We hand-code everything from scratch, unlike sites built with page builders, to give you a unique, high-performance site that truly stands out. However, if you prefer a website built on WordPress, we can absolutely do that too, ensuring fast load times, a mobile-first structure, and a custom design tailored just for you.

Custom code offers several benefits: it’s more secure, loads faster, and doesn’t rely on plugins, meaning fewer maintenance headaches and no database vulnerabilities. You avoid the constant WordPress updates that, if missed, could leave your site open to attacks. Our custom sites are also highly adaptable and don’t experience security risks or redirects to unwanted sites.

Simply send an email to [email protected]. Your request will be entered in our ticketing system, where our team will review, complete, and resolve it as quickly as possible.
